This XL West African straw hat is both beautiful and useful. Tightly woven and lightweight, it is an excellent sun hat. It has a braided leather adjustable chin strap, will fit a 24"-25" circumference head, and has a 16" diameter brim. It is handmade in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana, and is sometimes referred to as a Bolga hat. This is a very large hat, be sure to measure your head before ordering.

To shape the hat, wet it and put it over your head, then remove it and allow it to dry. It will conform to the shape of your head and also will stretch as much as .25" if necessary.
