This rainbow telephone wire basket was made by the Zulu people of South Africa.  Handwoven from the rim down from plastic coated electrical and telephone wires, it is a spectacular example of functional art.  If you order this African basket you will receive the exact one seen in the image.  Because it is unique, only one is available.  It is approximately 2 1/2" deep by 6 1/2" in diameter, with a red, black and orange spiral pattern accented with copper. It is suitable for display or for daily use, and can be hand washed as needed.
