This small fair trade fabric-covered basket is hand made in Nepal from recycled sari cloth. It is approximately 6" in diameter at the top, tapering to 3" at the bottom, and is 3" deep. It is made of recycled silk and cotton in vivid colors wrapped around coiled cotton rope. It's a good size for keeping change or jewelry in, and because it is soft it is safe for delicate objects.
The baskets in the images are only samples of what you may receive. Each one is handmade from recycled materials, and no two are alike, so what you receive will not be exactly like any in the images. They are all bright and cheerful, however. The price shown is for a single basket.
