Free Shipping on Orders of $25 or More
We offer free standard ground shipping for orders of $25.00 or more throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Simply select the "Free Shipping" option when you check out. Depending on your location and what you purchased, your order should arrive in three to eight business days after you place your order. You may still choose other shipping options at your own expense. Gift certificates and sales tax don't apply toward the free shipping threshold.

Returns are refunded within two business days of our receiving the product in satisfactory condition. Shipping Bolga Baskets
We may ship Bolga baskets flattened if you choose Standard Three-Day Shipping or Standard Next Day so we can fit them in a smaller box. If you choose Free Shipping or Standard Ground they may still need to be compressed a bit to fit in the box, but should require minimal, if any, shaping.
Bolga baskets can be reshaped by wetting them in cool water. Either dunk them in a sink full of water or spray them with a hose. Let the wet basket set for a few minutes to allow the water to penetrate the fibers, then form them into the correct shape, and allow to air dry. The wetting and reshaping process should take just a few minutes per basket, and they'll dry in about four hours at room temperature.
We provide a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. Tracking capability is limited for international shipments. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the USPS or FedEx system. If you don't see a shipping confirmation within one business day of placing your order, check your spam filter and if it's not there, contact us.
If your tracking link says your item was delivered but you didn't receive it, let us know as soon as possible so we have a chance of working with the carrier to locate it. As a small business we can't reimburse you for mail theft, but we'll do everything we can to find a missing shipment.
We usually ship within one business day of receiving your order. If shipping is delayed for any reason (such as severe weather), we will promptly inform you of the circumstances and expected new shipping date.
When carriers refer to business days, they usually exclude weekends and holidays. Please take this into account when calculating arrival times for your orders. For an order shipped the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, for example, the next business day would be the following Tuesday. Contact us with questions about arrival times and we'll be happy to help.

- Free Shipping. Available for orders of $25 or more. Usually arrives in 3-8 business days.
- Standard Ground. Usually arrives in 3-8 business days.
- Standard Three-Day. Usually arrives in 2-3 business days.
- Standard Next Day. Guaranteed 1 business day delivery.
- We usually ship via either USPS or FedEx. If you prefer a different service such as UPS, just let us know and we can usually accommodate.
We offer shipping to most countries. You can place the order directly through our website or email us your order and we can send you a PayPal invoice. If you wish to place a large international order, please contact us for a shipping quote. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on most international orders, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will endeavor to make it right. If you attempt to place an international order and get a message indicating we can't ship to your destination, contact us. There is a good chance we will be able to ship your order.
Additional international shipping costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are 100% the responsibility of the customer.
You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise refund. We'll also refund both the outbound and the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you return an item using an expedited shipping service, we'll only refund shipping at the comparable ground rate. If the return is not the result of our error, you will be refunded only the merchandise cost and any sales tax on the product, but shipping charges and any sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.
The merchandise must be unused and in its original condition, and must retain all original tags and incidentals, i.e. spare buttons.
If you are returning items that qualified for free shipping and the return is not the result of our error, the merchandise cost and any sales tax minus the actual shipping cost will be refunded.
For online or telephone orders, we will refund your credit card within two business days of receiving the returned item(s). We can only issue refunds to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase. PayPal purchases will be refunded via PayPal. Items purchased and returned at our storefront will be refunded on the spot via credit card, cash, or company check if approved.
To return an item ordered online, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You may also return items at our brick and mortar locations, or simply ship the item(s) back to us with a note explaining the reason for the return.
We cannot accept returns on most international sales.

To exchange an item as the result of our error, i.e. we shipped the wrong item, ship the item back to us via ground shipping within 30 days of receiving it, in its original condition, and we'll send the correct item as well as refund your return postage within 2 business days of receiving the merchandise.
To exchange an item that isn't the result of our error, ship the item back to us within 30 days of receiving it, in its original condition, and place an order for the new item. We will refund your credit card for the product cost on the original purchase and any sales tax on the product, but shipping charges and any sales tax on shipping are non-refundable. The cost of the replacement product will be charged separately.
